Yes and no.
Why both? Because it depends on your goals, your schedule and your hobbies.
In the end, it is a fitness program. You will have to do training routines at your maximum potential (HIIT), exercises with your own body … etc.
If you have never done this kind of exercise, you may be give up in the middle since in my opinion, traditional exercise is somewhat boring for many people.
If you have done other similar online programs, or have exercised in the gym or at home and have given up halfway due to lack of motivation, I think the same will happen to you in their “Empowered in 30” program.
On the contrary, if you have already gone to the gym in the past, but have stopped going due to COVID (lockdown) or any other reason that is not a lack of motivation, if you have done training routines at home and it is fun for you, I recommend you to try the program.
