Yes and No, and here’s why in my personal opinion.
YES if you want a program that is very affordable and just looking for something to start, and which exercises to do in the gym for your booty.
NO, if you prefer a good user experience, high-quality video material, supportive community, and a program that you can do from home too.
All video material is not in one place/platform; it’s on YouTube channel and Instagram and if you are not using this platform, it can be a bit tricky. Explanation in videos is good, but videos are sometimes quite dark.
Another thing is, that this program is existing for a few years now and a supportive Facebook group is not active. If you are a person that needs extra motivation to continue when start, this could be challenging for you because you are on your own.
Next, I couldn’t find a Booty Specialization Plan Food list that he promised on the website will be included in the program.
There are 13 different exercises for your booty and legs that you can do in the gym. If you prefer a program that you could use at home, and combine it with gym, maybe you should try something different.
