Although people often confound the term with sexuality and believe those two are intertwined, there is a line, perhaps a thin one though, that separates being sensual from feeling sexual desire.
While sensuality can go hand in hand with sexuality and can improve the intimacy of your sex life, the former doesn’t necessarily have to do anything with sex, as there are numerous ways to be sensual without the sexual connotation.
Sensuality is more about being comfortable in your own skin, feeling confident, connecting with your inner self, being present and taking the time to indulge in all your physical senses. Every woman should explore her sensuality, because a sensual woman is a powerful one.
